Multinational pharmaceutical companies seem too willing to flout laws and regualtions prohibitting the promotion of drugs for unapproved purposes, the withhoding of rebates to government health prgrams and pthe payment of kickbacks to doctors for prescribing brand name memdications when doing so allows the companies to increase market sare and profits.
